We dispatch all of our orders within 48 hours of receiving the order. We deliver the products throughout the country with the help of our delivery partners. Mentioned below are the details of our shipping policy.
General
Delivery is subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we cannot fulfill your purchase request at that moment. We will restock the product and contact you if possible.
Domestic Orders
Please allow between 3-7 working days for your order to arrive domestically. Due to COVID-19, we cannot commit on delivery timelines. We do request you to bear with us in the case of slight delays. If however, over 7 working days have passed please email us at support@ihressentials.co.in to review the status of your order.
International Orders
We are currently not accepting international orders at this moment. In instances, where you try to place an international order and it is accepted because of any glitch, we would not be responsible for the same. The amount paid in such cases will be non-refundable.
Shipping Costs
Shipping and handling costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, type and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for the shipping cost to the customer. We offer free shipping on some of our products, the details about the same would be reflected in the final payment during checkout. Free shipping cannot be combined with other offers and discount coupons.
