- According to our policies, we do not provide a “money refund”. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
- If, in case, there is a leakage in the product or if it was damaged, tampered during the delivery process please send us an email with supporting photos/videos of un-boxing, within 24 hours of the delivery date. All exchange requests will be dealt with case to case basis only by our service team. Post this stipulated timeline, our team will not be able to honor any exchanges.
- In case, your exchange claim is approved by the team, you may ship your product to the following address: Inhere Lifestyle Pvt Ltd , 28/1/11, Site-IV, Sahibabad Industrial Area, Ghaziabad, U.P. 201010. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.
- We will only issue a product exchange for any product that is returned in a sale-able and undamaged condition, in its original packaging after it has been verified for shipping/transit damage and faults.
- Damages due to improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy. Exchange of product due to allergic/skin reactions is not applicable. Exchange of product due to reasons including personal dislike of the product; dislike of the fragrance; dislike of color that cannot be backed by proof of quality issues with the product itself is not applicable.
- The ingredients being used for all our products are organically/naturally derived. There may be batch to batch variations depending upon the harvest/quality/source of the ingredients at the different times of the year. Any exchange claim related to difference in the fragrance, color, appearance shall not be entertained.
